Hi, it's castclaw: one of the guys that made this map and also the rest of the entire "collab".
So I tried to get my friend Red (the Redstone Cat) to make a level because he wasn't into Celeste much besides beating the A-sides.
However, he made one room and then left (or at least was waiting on me to ask more of him). So this is kind of a short map, and it's also easy.
Each room introduces something new (there's only 3 gameplay rooms) and it's about as difficult as 2a.
I originally split the rooms apart and planned to order them later, but here's the release of the collab, and no more progress happened.
After all, it's unused maps, not fully finished and polished maps.
Also, the namesake is the fact that we call crouch spamming "squishy". Funny

TIP1=
Line yourself up with the jump-through, then jump towards the corner of the block\.
As you reach the corner, jump again\. This will result in a corner kick\.
Since you are traveling in the same direction as the spikes, they won't hurt you\.
This allows you to cross a seemingly impossible gap\.
If you'd like, try it without the jump-through\. It's not that hard to line up on your own, and you'll have to do it soon anyway\.

TIP2=
Using this jump-through, jump to the corner of the spiked block and climbjump off of it\.
This won't kill you if done correctly\. I can't exactly explain it, but it works nonetheless\.

TIP3=
Here, you'll need to line up both of the two past tricks manually\.
As a small tip, the edge of the block below you is around where you'll need to jump for the corner kick\. 
Instead of a regular walljump, do a neutral jump (only press up and no other directional keys\.)
Then, simply aim for the corner of the spikes to perform a walljump\.

TIP4=
Some blocks with upward momentum can be jumped off of even with spikes on them\.
You may even gain a boost, but I found that too unreliable for your first encounter\.

TIP5=
This section puts it all together, starting with a corner kick and moving into a spiky climbjump and then a spiky walljump\.
It could take you a bit, so don't expect immediate success\.
However, after this, you'll likely be ready for the shenanigans that make up the rest of this map\.

tip_01b_a= 2600 speed should be sufficient for this. 
tip_01b_b= The wind after the final boost goes Right, None, Left, None. 
tip_01b_c= By the second nowind, and a little before, you can safely land.
tip_01b_d= Also, savestating after the gultra in the middle is
tip_01b_d2= probably easier than using the watchtower.
